Soft
Finally I found something that hydrates my lips without feeling sticky. I’ve been looking for something to keep my lips moist and soft. So far the thick lip balm I’ve been trying just feels like a thick sticky layer on top of my lips. Whereas this item doesn’t make me feel that I have anything thing else on my lips. Which is great.

Looks tatty
The lipbalm itself is ok. It's nothing special though. I have used nuxe in the past and I'm sure it was better than this. What I really don't like is that the product had a manky sticky label on. It is impossible to remove and makes the product look cheap and dirty. I don't know why this wasn't stuck on the outer plastic rather than the product.

Great Lipbalm - protected my lips on the winter.
Have used NUXE lip balm before - the one on the glass container. But - have dropped and shattered the plastic lid on a couple of these. Wasn't sure if the lipbalm in stick form would be any good for me - but have found it to be very very good indeed: easier to carry as comes in a plastic container which can be applied without having to touch the balm with my fingers (hello Covid...) and therefore have used it extensively during the winter months. Very similar to the balm, soft to apply (that was my concern as my lips get very dry and can be sore when using a harder waxier stick format) and feels more hygienic than the glass container - which its useful when out and about.

Nice balm
Really liked this when I first started to use it but I’m not to sure if it is any difference from just using Vaseline

Reviews are so subjective
After reading all of the positive reviews, I decided to purchase this little stick to keep on my desk at work. I currently use the ultra nourishing lip balm in the pot at night (which is excellent!!) so thought this might be a nice addition for lighter daytime use. How disappointingly wrong I was. It's not easy to apply as I feel you need to rub it over your lips a number of times to get the product to leave the stick. Although when it is on, it does feel quite nice. I don't believe it sits like a barrier balm it does somewhat soak in but it does not last long at all. To keep my lips feeling completely moisturised, I have to reapply approx ever 30 mins and that's without eating/drinking. The smell is exactly like the pot version, (yummy) packaging no fancier than any other lip balm and a slightly elevated price for what it is.I'm often called a serial "lip balm" user as I still hunt for that perfect lip balm (believe me I have tried nearly every lip product on the market lol) but sadly, this one just isn't for me. That however, is not to say, it isn't for you.
