Given me a complete new insight into what the comfort zone actually is—a must read!!
"The Comfort Zone" is a powerful and inspiring book that has the potential to transform your life. Kristen Butler's insightful and practical approach to personal growth is both refreshing and empowering, and this book is a comprehensive guide that provides you with the tools and strategies needed to break free from your constant desire to push beyond your comfort zone.Butler's writing style is engaging and easy to follow, and her use of personal anecdotes and real-life examples make the book relatable and inspiring. She shares her own struggles and triumphs, as well as those of others and it overall makes for a wonderful journey for the reader.A must-read, and one I'll be diving into in the future, me thinks.

nice marketing, shame about the book
Seems like someone came up with a catchy title for a book, filled 300 or so pages, and let the marketing team go to work. There really isn't anything new here.Reads like something cobbled together for a school project. There are so many better books dealing with these topics.Save your money.

the validation i needed, stress is not productive
I've heard my whole life go outside your comfort zone that's where true growth is. I struggled with anxiety, panic attacks, high stress, health issues likely caused by stress, all trying to do it the way society (friends family and loved ones, good intentions i'm sure) was telling me, by getting so super uncomfortable and anxious that i must push force and strive and struggle then i'm doing it right, then i'll be successful. And finally, 30 years too long, i called B.S. on that idea and started living my life doing what I was comfortable with. I wish i had this book in my 20s, i learned the hard way and now have the experience to say, she's right! Expand the comfort zone, do what's comfortable what fuels your passion and joy and that's how you'll succeed and live the life you want not what people say you "should" be doing. I didn't go outside my comfort zone when as a therapist i started seeing correctional officers after 10 years of working with kids, i expanded my comfort zone of working with trauma, PTSD. I didn't go outside my comfort zone of opening my own practice at the start of the pandemic, i expanded my comfort zone of serving my population my way, which is mental health with energy healing, spirituality, reiki and sometimes a good ol' tarot card reading, so i had to be my own boss to do it. Doing all these new and yes scary but exciting things from where I'm comfortable confident allowed me to grow not stay small or limited b/c I did it without the anxiety and stress and no panic attacks. I recommend this book to my clients wanting to change their life and do it without the stress and anxiety, with out force but with ease and to not be ashamed of their comfort zone but own it, love it, and then expand it, watch your life grow from that place. This is such a great resource and inspirational book. I truly enjoyed it.

Amazing Read
It is a very popular belief that success comes when you move outside your comfort zone but this book breaks this norm. This book shows why, not only success can be achieved from within the comfort zone, but also, why it is important to be in your comfort zone for your own well-being. This book shows the right path to expanding one's comfort zone with proper strategies and understanding. This book must be read by everyone at least once.

This book was so much more than I assumed!
A truly amazing book and memoir! Many of us have been following Kristen’s ‘Power of Positivity’ inspiring and thought provoking social media posts, as well as subscribed to her text messages.Experiencing her heart warming wisdom and sunny disposition, I long assumed (wrongly!) that Kristen had had a charmed childhood, adolescence, and early adulthood. But no - she’s just like the rest of us, so many ups and downs!A head smacking moment for me - of course, that’s how she adapted, learned and grew. Kristin put in the hard work to figure out not just what she wanted, but much more importantly - how she wanted to live every day of her life.Kristin teaches us how to figure out how to live in our own specific individual comfort zone, and why the journey will ALWAYS be more important than the destination. Reading this book is a comfort itself - do it!
