Not impressed by the product at all very expensive as does not heat up well also falling apartEmailed the supplier to complain but thru did not bother to get back to me

Excellent Product Finally warm feet in the winter
Good Quality worth the money to keep feet warm on 40 mile plus bike rides in winter, can not wait to try out when Skiing looks like they should do the job. The Instructions for the first charging are more instructive or clearer in the German.Update after 39 times charging the Soles, a problem occurred and they no longer worked . I thought Oh No I have wasted all that money , But filled out the Warranty Card and Phoned up the number given to make sure where to send them back to as 2 addresses were given.I sent them back to the Austrian address and a replacement pair were returned to me in 10 days. I will see how these go, But they seem slightly more robust than the last pair and am wondering if these are a later production run. If they made them even more robust that would be even better and insure return customers.I would advise Buying direct from the Austrian company as their customer service seems to be on the ball and they provide the Warranty.
