Are these stretchy material or the ones that go baggy ?

Normal cotton teeshirt fabric, a bit stretchy but not like lycra. Didn't go baggy.

What size for 11 year old? Child is average size for 11 year old but dont want skin tight. Would next size up be too big?

The long sleeve t-shirt we bought was good value and slightly too big so I wouldn't go up a size.
