The cover is a great fit for the Bosch battery. It is well made and I’m sure will do the job it is designed for. It is easily fitted. Though a bit pricey, it is worth spending the extra as ebikes don’t come cheap and need to be looked after, including the battery.

Battery fits onto my bike with the cover on, I had to remove a small bit of velcro, but its a good fit.

Well made cover for a Bosch battery. I am using it on a Powerpack 500 and it fits perfectly. The main material is neoprene and on the underside of the battery it is a thin but strong nylon-type material. There was no problem putting it onto the battery, it is just a sleeve. And it stays in position when slotting the battery into its cradle on the bicycle.I have a Haibike Hardnine 6.0 and this manufacturer has formed the frame around the battery rather tightly. This creates a minor problem - I have to be very careful inserting the battery into the cradle and making double certain that the locking mechanism has clicked in place. However, it doesn't involve any brute force and once it is secured it perfectly safe.

Fits snugly and gives the battery plenty of protection from mud and stones. Also keeps it just that bit warmer to maintain the charge.Might have to remove it in the Summer as the battery would possibly get a bit too warm, we'll see.

The cover fits the battery perfectly. I didn't really get it to keep the battery warm but to protect it from scratching etc.My Bosch battery has "KTM" emblazoned across it which attracts a lot of unwanted attention.

Fits the battery well and seems to be well made and generally a good quality item. Yet to use it in the wet and cold to see how effective it is in helping the battery keep its charge for longer in the winter, fingers crossed it does because at best part of £40 it isn't cheap.Delivered inside a week, just, but other items I ordered via eBay on the same day as this arrived days earlier so some room for improvement here I think.

Protects the battery from the elements and some knocks, and keeps some of the heat in during cold weather.It is well finished and easy to fit on and remove, held in place with a velcro strip you need to stick on the power pack

The cover fits snugly over the battery however, it is not until you receive the item that a SAFETY WARNING is provided:"It is recommended that the Akku Cover is only be used at temperatures below 15 degrees Celsius Use of the Akku Cover at temperatures above 15 degrees Celsius (59 degrees Fahrenheit) may cause the E-Bike battery to overheat." (Akku Cover battery protection additional US/CD Manual 337).This information ought to have been included in the product listing as it would affect buying decisions.For the summer months when there is a lot of dust it would have been useful to have a simple protective cover that would not require a safety warning.Relative to the cost of a child's wetsuit in a local store more complex in design but of the same type of material, this is a fairly expensive item and, if it can only be used during the winter, is of very limited use.

Ich fahre ein KTM Macina Sport 11 CX5+ mit einem Powerpack 500 von Bosch, welches ich auch im Winter nutzen wollte. Um den Akku nicht zu ruinieren bin ich auf dieses Produkt gestoßen. Gekauft, sehr schnell erhalten und umgehend getestet. Nach anfänglich leichten Schwierigkeiten den Akku (inkl. Schutz) in den Rahmen zu bekommen, dann der Erfolg (das Cover vor dem einsetzen etwas nach oben ziehen,einrasten, nach dem Einsetzen wieder zurück schieben). Das Cover erweist sich im Betrieb auf jeden Fall als nützlich, da es die Akkuleistung/Verbrauch fast konstant hält, als würde man im Sommer fahren. Getestet wurde mit einem vollen Akku auf gleicher Strecke, mit und ohne Cover bei etwa -7 Grad. Der Unterschied ist gravierend da ich ohne das Cover einen Verlust von knapp 25% hatte. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut , sowie auch die Passform.Die Led's vom Akku sowie auch das Schlüsselloch zum entfernen des Akkus sind sehr passgenau. Ich habe und werde diesen Artikel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Necesitaba proteger la batería, basicamente del frio ya que sufre mucho a bajas temperaturas. Confío en que siendo de neopreno cumpla su función. Para quien suele usar la bici eléctrica en invierno se lo aconsejo.
