I wouldn't take them all at once As Your body can only absorb so many nutrients at any one time. If you do ,you're just creating expensive piss As That's what you're doing ,passing money away.

If you have a sensitive stomach be very careful

First week I was feeling amazing but take I may have taken tok much (1 heaped tablespoon).I have allergies to pollen and after a week of taking this I have had a bad stomach and I have puked multiple times. So take it easy.

Seems to be good quality chlorella

Since I have only had the chlorella for about a week, it really is too soon to appraise it. However, it arrived promptly, in good condition and tastes like chlorella I have had in the past! I take it 30 minutes before food and well away from other supplements.
