good value for money, it makes such a positive difference that the cartridges come with the chip, and the instructions for software changes for the new chips were easy to understand and process was smooth. Quality of the prints is very good. I recommend this product.

Toners arrived in a well packed box, each one separately sealed with color dot marking which is which. Installed the 415X cartridge in my printer just a moment ago. I have been a bit worried reading all the stories about HP blocking chips from third party vendors..My printer was always set to auto update firmware, so I'm using the latest that's out there.Absolutely no issues, got a generic warning that this is a non-HP cartridge but as you can see it is being picked up as full, recognized and prints without any warnings!Super happy about the purchase, quality looks to be on par with original toners (second photo shows the test page, Yellow is the replaced one, others are original HP ones).All in all, I recommend it very much, my version came with the chip and for the extra few pounds it's well worth it! Considering how much I print, those will probably be fine for another 10 years easily!

These cartridges are easy to use and install and printing is working well.

I have just received these cartridges and I'm very happy with them. I have been using compatible cartridges for sometime now but have always had to change / swap the original chip into the compatible cartridges. Then for the next few months you are in the dark , not knowing how much toner you had left, just waiting for the day when you noticed the print quality changing. With these cartridges, there is no fiddly swapping of chips as they come with their own new chips. The printer did recognise that they were not original cartridges but it didn't stop any printing, it was just a message that was received when the printer was turned on. The box includes instructions how to turn off some settings to stop the toners being used because of printer updates.I am very happy with the print quality as it is as good as any othet toners that I have bought. I got the 415X cartridges so they should last a long time!

A great purchase, I have been very impressed with the quality of these 415A/X toner cartridges. All that was needed to install was a quick change to the firmware update settings on the printer. (very helpful instructions included)Delivery was speedy and I have so far had trouble free printing since installation. I will definitely Be purchasing again especially when you compare the price to the OEM cartridges.Highly recommended!!,

Received the toners on time and I quickly opened them as I needed them to replace my existing original ones. They were much cheaper than genuine replacements and therefore I wasn’t so sure when ordering.However, they are amazing. Dare I say, better then a the original genuine ones?? The printouts seems clearer and brighter and the colours more realistic.They feel great quality if that matters, they will stay in the printer once installed but hopefully that means they will last a long time.As I mentioned, I was hesitant but this could be the bargain of the year for me. Most impressed.
