The media could not be loaded.  I am very satisfied at first it feels very strange to sleep with the device but then you get used to it, in my experience with bruxism I recommend that you try to go to sleep very relaxed because stress can cause sudden movements in the mouth so I try to meditate a little and with the device they are the perfect combination.For the price it is an excellent product and it comes with the box to store the device and there are 6 of which adapt to your oral size and you can also cut them with scissors, I hope they are of help to you.

I bought this mouthguard because of teeth grinding in my sleep. It was easy to mold in hot water and the final fit was comfortable. I like that it has 2 sizes because I have a small mouth and used the smaller size.My dentist recommended a mouth guard but quoted me around $300 for it, so I thought I would try out something less expensive before I jump into a bigger purchase. Now I don't think I'll get the expensive one because this works so well.

I have horrible TMJ and let me tell you…these are awesome. I don’t wake up with headaches anymore and very minimal jaw pain remains. I am so happy I purchased these! Very convenient and easy.

Product didn't do what it said it would.

Pretty good very thick but I do appreciate that they're customizable to fit your specific mouth and teeth and that they have a bunch options size wise but ultimately I don't really use them they just weren't right for me but I'm sure they work great for ppl that are more determined to get used to sleeping with them

Box was supposed to have 3 large and 3 small mouthpieces. Mine had 2 small and 4 large. The small is what fits me so it would’ve been nice to have all 3. Molding was easy when following the directions. Product is comfortable to wear.

I was amazed. This product was so easy to use simply microwave water in a coffee cup throw the mouthguard in for 15 seconds, pull it out, put it in your mouth bite down, form it to your teeth pull it out, run it under cold water and you are done. It truly does work I no longer have extensive jaw pain every morning.

I use this for teeth grinding at night. It was easy to fit and works great. I used to wake up with jaw pain and headaches but that stopped almost immediately after starting these mouth guards. Each of the guards was independently packaged. Worth every penny for the comfort.
