it helped alot with my sleep & keeping me calm, i have a high anxiety issues (my 2 yr old puppy is too blame ;) ) I was hesitant at first cause I used another brand prior too, but this one the flavor is delicious 😋 ... I'm most impressed by the lion's Mane, they have definitely improved my mood and mental clarity.

Soft and easy to chew. Have been taking for 3’weeks now not much change but hopeful. Now what were we talking about. Lol

I’ve only had these for a few days and while I don’t feel like I can speak to their effects I can certainly tell you that unlike every other gummy supplement I’ve tried, these leave much to be desired when it comes to flavor. They don’t necessarily taste awful, but they aren’t pleasant either. I’ll finish the bottle and try another brand. If I remember I’ll update this later when I know how well they actually work.

Great product just as advertised

Sometimes I take some new supplements in a capsule form and My body do not respond as well. The medications in a gummy form seem to get absorbed faster. My body thinks it is a food. This brought vivid dreams and seemingly deeper sleep. I am an older women and the sleep is a big deal. I am going to take this reishi for a few more months and see what happens.
