Cannot do Glute Ham Raises on this unit. Nordic curls, glute brides work if that is what you want...
This unit does NOT work for Glute Ham Raises. Your knees cannot drop down so it is only a Nordic curl movement, which very few people can do. It works fine for glute bridges, if that is what you want. Its functionality is overstated and I was not careful enough in my research. Also all the rubber feet fell off almost immediately, watch your floors

Great for multi uses
We have this in our office, and it’s great and sturdy for heavy barbell hip ups, Nordic curls, and single leg split squats. It is also easy to move around to different spots in our gym/space because of the wheels in front. And easy to store up against wall because you roll it to its side longways up against the wall, great if you had small space! Our elite athletes love this addition to our space!
