Will these work with standard Blu-ray dvds?

Standard blu ray dvds will fit but they will be very loose. Steelbooks are thicker so it's more of a snug fit

Will these work on standard ps4 steelbooks as well as 4k steelbooks?

Pretty much all Steelbooks are the same size, so yes, unless you have something in an odd size.

Are they made from archive grade plastic?

Sorry i don't know if these are made from archive grade plastic, the seller does not have that info noted in their listing of this product. But i do know that i own about 50 of these and they work pretty good to protect and keep my Steelbooks in.

How thick is the plastic?

I have not measured the thickness of these plastic Steelbook protectors but i can tell you that they are plenty sturdy enough Steelbook cases to protect your collection very well. They also standup well on my shelf and now i don't have to worry about them getting scratched.
