The strap is great for arm wrestling training. I use this wrap several times a week and is holding up well.

Solid loading pin and strap—great for arm wrestling training or building forearm strength. The strap and pin feel like decent quality, though the carabiner might not handle super heavy loads. Still a great tool for targeted grip and arm work!

I would like the webbing to be a little thicker. Because the webbing is so thin the edges feel sharp and dig into your hand.
