Sticks tight to the body 5 out of 5. I wish I could put more stars
Sticks tight to the body. Doing push-ups, situps, pull-ups, dips, anything and everything we learned in the military. This makes it that much more of a workout to do! Recommend not five out of five, but ten out of ten! Outstanding product, bravo zulu!!

Extremely versatile.
This is a solid product can fit into various plate carrier vest. My only wish is that it should have been a curved plate.

Weighted vest and plates
I didn’t know what to expect when I bought these plates but they are pretty good they are heavy and durable. They were cost effective and arrived one day sooner than I expected. So far the work out effectiveness is being tested but what I like is it adds 30 pounds to the air squats. They seem functional however the comfort while using them may be more linked to the vest it’s self vs the plates as the vest digs into my shoulder and neck but it’s not bad when swinging kettle bells just a bit uncomfortable but doable

Crushed a [Half] Murph this year with these plates. Added additional weigh to my 5.11 Tactec Plate Carrier. Looks to fit many common plate carriers as well.Great value for the money.Keep in mind this plate is a little on the flatter end so if you are looking for a plate to mold with your body you might want to look elsewhere.

Great Addition to Work Out!!
My son ordered this to help with his run time. He LOVES it!!! Additional 20lbs will help him feel lighter when he runs his Marine Corps PFT 3 mile run. He also uses it to help improve his pullups as well.

Perfect for Wolf Tactical vest!
Bought this to go with my Wolf Tactical vest. Prices were much cheaper than Wolf Tactical prices on their weights. It works perfect and fits well. As far as the reviews saying the weight is off. They are correct! Total weight of one 15.43lb weight was actually 16.2lbs. Total weight of the two in the vest is 34.8lbs.

Value and make of items
These are a great STEEL plate for exercise or fitness events requiring weighted plate carriers. They fit very loose in my JPC, soI'd recommend a foam backer also be employed to keep these tight and prevent any banging on your sternum or ribs.Great value and great product to save wear on your life saving plates.
