I have tried b3 previously, but it was before you could get it without the flushing side effect. Took my first one of these yesterday and did not flush at all. The benefits for arthritis, skin anti-aging, muscle weakness, diabetes, mental health and diabetes is worth the use of this product.

Great product I feel my health has improved. Since I started it, I couple this product with reversitol for Optimum impact for complete health. Plus a multitude of other supplements that I consume morning. And in the evenings including nattokinase and natto, e, a, omega, tumeric, ashwagandha, powdered Ginger, Etc., etcetera, etcetera. And this product does not use magnesium stearate as a filler like some products. Magnesium stearate can prevent complete absorption of nutrients. My dog was sick December 2019, did not think he would survive. He had enlarged glands in throat, listless, and would not eat therefore lost 20 lb. I started to give him this product, large dose fish oil, in vitamin C. And in for 5 days he was eating putting on weight is glands went down within 2-3 days and he looks healthy and fat again. My cat just had a litter of four kittens. The runt started to get sick and stopped eating so I would mix him up soft kitten food with a small drop of fresh aloe vera, and a small amount of NMN and syringe fed him every few hours Within 2 days he started to eat on his own and now he is fat happy and running everywhere at 6 weeks. I love this product

Here is the problem i have with nicotinamide and nicotinamide riboside for me. i don't feel results enough for me to know IF it's giving me energy or not, but i keep taking it because i know it's good for me. I liked and preferred the Niagen form of nicotinamide riboside, in my opinion and research i found that to be the best form to take but i prefer that brand. Having said that it comes to a point when i don't really notice anything so i stopped taking it for a while. I recently purchased a bottle of nicotinamide without the riboside, it is a less expensive version. But i still dont really feel any effects, so i just bought jarrow d-ribose to take with this supplement. To be quite honest i noticed more results from taking d-ribose (with regards to energy) than i did in any nicotinamide supplement. I think the supplement is great and very necessary for our bodies but i know that with some supplements i cannot feel much happening, i do realize that it doesn't mean nothing is happening. So i'm testing out the two products now to see if they work together nicely. I have used d-ribose in the past and it does give me a good amount of energy. Now these products help on the mitochondria, cell level so with or without my feeling it working it's still an important part of my cell health and vitality. I'm not one to give up on a product because i cannot 'feel' it's effects. I really don't have an issue with energy so i just mostly take this for cell health.UPDATE: 5/2/2019so i stopped taking this for a while and recently, about 2 weeks ago i starting taking it again. I believe it does add energy, it's a subtle consistent energy throughout my day. I do like this product and will continue to take it. I stopped taking the di-ribose because of the super sweet sugar taste and because it's a chewable, which is hard for me but, doesn't mean the other product i mentioned in the above review wasn't a good one. However! after giving this product more time, stopping it and starting it again i can see that it does give me energy, i do like it and will purchase it again. Oddly enough i have stopped and started the Nico-riboside product i was using and still could not tell any effects from that. It's crazy how that works sometimes but i will continue using this product. I sometimes take this twice a day when it only recommends one. You get a 100 caps so it lasts a long time. I'm glad i have the practice of rotating my supplements in and out over time because of various reasons. Sometimes it really helps to see how and if the product is working enough.

I have been taking Nicotinamide for years (off and on) as recommended by my doctor. There was a brand that I took when I first started taking it that I got at my local health food store. It worked well and I didn't have any issues with flushing. Sadly my store stopped carrying this brand. Every other brand I tried for the next few years caused me to have very severe flushing, full body hives, and a feeling that I was on fire inside and out! I quit taking it for a few years and then decided that I should give it a try again after my lab results had regressed. This brand has been great! I have not had a single side effect. The value is is great as well. My lab results show that it is working which is a huge deal to me as well! Thank you for this great product!

The product may very well be fine, but it did not work for me personally. It made me to jittery and raised my heart rate. I stopped taking it. It wasn't for me.
