Short cable. Nearly 2ft (50cm) shorter than the Phillips Azul it replaces which is such a shame for a quite expensive iron. Really needs the extra length of cord.Irons well, just like the one we had. Plenty of steam with a good shot of steam when needed.Looks the part with a good design.

As others have stated, the cord needs to be another.half a metre longer.I bought this after using Which and reading reviews.Compared to my last Phillips(Azure) iron this one appears to be of inferior quality.On using it however it irons effortlessly and I'm relatively pleased with it,.

A very good Iron for doing the ironing, however, the cord is a little short and the plug difficult to grasp when pulling out of the socket. Also, the grip of the handle is smooth and slippy, particularly if using hand cream, and would be better by being textured.

Good iron at Amazon discounted price is easy to use and very efficient on varied items from shirts through trousers to curtains. Like many modern irons is large compared to old ones but does have a good limescale filter. Weight is not much different. Also has a good flexing cable connection. Only issue I have is that with large hands it is very easy to catch heat setting dial when picking it up during ironing and inadvertently changing setting, in my case always turning it down to cooler setting; that needs getting used to.
