I just picked this up because it had some good reviews,and from the moment I got it out of the box,liked it more than a Sony PS3 controller,it feels and works,even with the six-axis function!

EDIT 2: A few hours after my first edit the controller stopped working. It won't keep a connection even plugged in anymore. Dropped the "tough ABS" controller out of frustration (from about 2.5-3 feet) and the right trigger broke. Avoid this junk at all costs.EDIT: As soon as I wrote this review it stopped working. I mean, it still works plugged in but it will not charge at all, so it's no longer wireless. Also, the right stick developed a slight deadzone in the center, not too bad for most games but I could see that causing issues with FPS games. I expect the left stick to do the same.I'll update my rating if anything changes but I don't think there will be a need.Let me start by saying wow. I really expected a cheap piece of junk at this price, I just wanted the same day delivery to play some Skate 3. I've used a lot of knockoff controllers for many different systems, for some reason PS3 controllers made by third parties tend to be really janky. They tend to use USB dongles instead of Bluetooth. They all, no matter Bluetooth or 2.4ghz, tend to have bad deadzones in the sticks and latency issues. None of those issues here.This is NOT junk at all. The build quality is very nice, with the exception that the center (PS) button on mine is rotated off center. So the TLPGO logo is at an angle. No biggie. The sticks are a little stiff but they will loosen with time, all controllers do.Other than the new stick feeling, the sticks are a huge improvement over the dualshock 3 or sixaxis sticks. Almost exactly like the Xbox 360 sticks. They will take a little time to get used to, after using a sixaxis controller for Skate 3 for so long. The shape of the controller is slightly 360-esque as well. Much more comfortable in my hands. The L2/R2 actually feel like triggers - not 360 quality triggers, but way better than stock if you're plays FPS games. The L1/R1 buttons are nice little should bumpers too much like the 360. I know I keep comparing this to the Xbox controller but it took a lot of obvious inspiration from that design, and it does this very well. The face buttons feel great, very clicky and responsive. Start and select are a little tougher to get to but how often do you really press those? The D-pad is another ridiculously well done improvement over stock. The finish and purchase on the grip is way better, a kind of mix between the 360 and Dualshock 4. Vibration works as well as any other controller, I haven't actually tested the motion control but I don't see how it could be any better/worse than the sixaxis.Uses the same charging cable (mini USB) as stock. Also connects with Bluetooth and not a USB dongle. I will be using this on my PC too. Didn't come with the best instructions, no paper at all, they're directly on the box. Mine didn't connect wirelessly the way the instructions said but it was close enough. I just plugged it in to the PS3 and turned it on, connected as controller 1 immediately. When I unplugged it there was the flashing lights as it tried to find the wireless connection - but it just kept flashing. I just waited for it to stop searching and turn itself off and when I tapped the PS button it turned on and connected right away. No issues since.Overall, if you want a cheap alternative to the standard controller, or just want one that gives you a better grip and more of an Xbox feel - especially for those sticks and triggers, this is the best "off brand" I've ever used.

Battery life approximately 75% of a normal PS3 controller. Connectivity is a bit wonky at times and can really mess up a game. Given the price difference between this and a proper controller, I can deal with these inconveniences.

This is an awesome replacement controller for the price. Only issue is that the buttons are more like xbox configuration that PS4 controllers. But if you're a gamer you will have memorized the triangle, square, x and o buttons already. =)

What a peice of garbage. Stopped holding charge after a month. Dont waste your money.
