Works on Indesit IDC8T3
My dryer had been making an awful squeaky noise and then one day tripped the circuit breaker as soon as I tried to turn it on and continues to do this so was unusable entirely. I had a Google and said I’d chance changing the heating element. Opened up my dryer and my old element was full of limescale and it had eroded part of the old heating element (4year old dryer) I cleaned away the limescale with a dry brush and changed the part. It’s now working like brand new and no squeaks!! My first time fixing any appliance myself and very glad I gave it a go! Thanks Spares2go! Happy customer

Fits IDC8T3 & Easy Fit
I bought this for our IDC8T3 Tumble Drier after the old heating element packed in. I was slightly apprehensive whether it would fit and was happy to see that it does. There was one minor difference comparing the new to the old - that being the design of the connector - the old one had a ridge to support a clip on the male side (to secure the two parts together) and this one doesn't, but they pushed together easily enough without any modification.I managed to change old for new and get the dryer back up and running within about an hour, and a good chunk of that time was spent hoovering out fluff and cleaning the interior.

Winning!
Instructions would have been really helpful or link to video installation but YouTube helped instead. We'll see how long it lasts but massive improvements in drying time just in time for the spring clean. Most importantly, I've now saved massively on buying a new dryer.

Fits indesit IDC85
It fitted straight in,was slightly thicker than the one taken out but still does the trick.I feel heat now but am unsure how long it will last, let's see.
