Very heavy
Cooks very well and the none-stick surface really is none-stick, the down side is the weight it's extremely heavy even before you start cooking, and the handles make it a tad over size taking up a lot of space on the hob.

actually very bad and horrible customer service
Truly a non stick, made a few meals and was impressed. I hope it holds up.Update -my hope was for nothing, the paint from handles started peeling off. Used 4 times in total. Washed in Dishwasher after purchase and once more after that.The policy is that if item is bad, a buyer notifies the seller directly, not Amazon. I sent 2 emails to the seller and none of them got response. Do not buy

Great pan
Really happy with this, a very versatile pan. The non-stick coating does exactly what it says, easy to cook with and very easy to clean by hand (it states it's not dishwasher proof, and given its such a nice pan I don't want to risk it!)The size is very usable - plenty of room both width wise and in terms of depth. What I particularly like is the small handles either side, as this means it fits easily into my pan drawer. The handles are soft to touch, and didn't get hot when cooking either. The lid fits like a glove, and I also find that it's not too big to be manageable when trying to lift/dish up.Very happy to receive this, it is going to get a lot of use!

Great casserole dish
This is a very well made, high quality casserole dish.I have made a couple of dishes with it and each time it has cooked everything evenly and well.It is great for using on the hob and the oven which is handy.Easy to clean and not too big to store.

Great quality shallow casserole dish
This dish is great for making curries, simply add everything to the pan, pop the lid on and leave to simmer. The first time we used it we just left it in the pan on the table (on a heatproof mat!) and helped ourselves which kept cleanup to a minimum.The non-stick worked great, no nasty burnt bits stuck to the bottom. The rubber handles are a welcome addition as they help reduce burns.
