Useless
I think it is piratically useless. Doesn't stay on the nose. It might be due to my spectacles

This product would be good for a fresh nose job, but I don’t believe it does anything outside of that. Well-made!

Already had the surgery
I had a deviated septum & the surgery was over 5 years ago. I had a little 'shaping' done at the same time. Over time the lack of cartridge can start to change shape. Its slight but I can tell. I wear this for about 1/2 hour when doing household chores, maybe once or twice a week just too keep everything straight. Even the plastic surgeon said its a good idea.

The instructions are all Asian language. Selling to American market without consideration of transcribing to English.

Great for contouring your nose
I purchased this nose shaper for a More contoured nose look and it works ! Wearing it often will result in a permanent look. It’s like a corset or waist shaper for your nose lol.
