Rugged and Versatile
The support is very sturdy, heavy, and easy to install in the window. the flexibility of the front support arm allowed me to install it using the window frame which inspired additional confidence. The AC unit required a 1/4-inch drop in the rear so I had to readjust the outside support legs. The included level helped! The assembly instructions are printed in a very small type and difficult to read and the photos don't highlight each item required. For example, there is no mention of the washers and where they should be installed. If it's your first time assembling a mount - good luck!

nice and solid.
took a bit to get together. (rtfm! lol) an extra set of hands would have helped. but it went together ok. and it Works. adjustable as needed, if you need it 'off set'. which I did. and angled, slightly, to drip outside. cool. I am happy. might get another.

Excellent! Easy assembly and looks great
The media could not be loaded. It was easy to assemble, even though the instructions are small and alittle hard to read... common sense applies. 20 minutes to assemble and in my window. It was easy to adjust and handles my AC (6k BTU, 30LBS) with no issues. Very good product and disassemble for storage is wonderful. This is a must have for RVers.

Sturdy but difficult to put together
I found this to be very sturdy but was more difficult to assemble than expected. It also left a large gap between the unit and the window sill so make sure you buy very wide foam to block all the gaps.

Great Buy - Very sturdy.
LIKE: Fits all window spaces. Had to use the last outer groove in the window pane (facing outside) to fit the extension bars. Have older apt with super large casing around the windows. Love the fact that the shelving arms are assembled to prevent collapsible movement. I prefer this design, as it functions as a supporting shelf, unlike other models (the single central arm piece). Live on the 3rd lvl, so this design gives me piece of mind, and I don't have worry about balancing a heavy ac unit. Just shove it out and pull window down into place. DISLIKE: not a dislike, but a necessary adjustment. My window has a narrow width. With the extension bars locked into the extension groove of the bracket, it would not fit. Had to take the bars to a hardware store across the road, and let the owner cut a few inches from each bar so it could fit. Now the bars extends perfectly into place. I RECENTLY BROUGHT ANOTHER 1 FOR 2ND BEDROOM WINDOW.

Absolute nightmare to try and put together
It’s not often that I leave reviews, but in this case, I feel I must. I ordered this based on the fact that it looked like it would be relatively easy to put together. Well, I was wrong. Not only are the instructions, microscopic, as it turns out, the screws and the mini wrench that they provide you to put everything together are clearly not the correct size. Well I certainly don’t consider myself to be a handyman, I am far from inept when it comes to putting together household items. Avoid at all costs.

High quality materials
Not sure what all the fuss is about difficulty of putting it together. You need a 10mm socket and a Phillips. One of the steps seems out of place, I would put the cross beam last to get a chance to test fit the support legs in their final location before bolting up.
