I applied this generously. Didn’t use a large quantity but i made sure the area around each nail was mostly white. PRO TIP: ALWAYS WAIT FOR IT TO DRY COMPLETELY BEFORE APPLYING NAIL POLISH. First I did a terrible job of painting on purpose and it didn’t withstand that test well. To be fair I’ve seen toddlers do their nails better than I did this time.2nd attempt I actually tried to do a decent job but had a few slipups. This peels off so easy so you have to do it gently to make sure you’re not pulling off more than you want to. The end result didn’t look perfect but was a huge improvement from my usual outcome. And you get 2 bottles for a cheap price.Fun fact: this is addictive to peel. If you’ve ever obsessively put glue on your fingers just to let it dry in order to peel off this may trigger you.

It really works. I recommend this to any male, professional and beginner.

A bit sad because it is a good price. However it does not do the job. If you have trouble with it getting on the nail bed and easy solution would be to just dab some out and use a smaller paint brush. However, I tried globbing this thing on thick layers ( and thin) and waiting until everything is clear, but it is very VERY sticky and makes my finger look like dried up peely skin even with me poking around with the sharp tweezers. There is no way to take it off in one piece. This may be suited more for a "peel off base coat" than a nail guard.

Takes some skill to master, will have to work on getting it the right depth and better located. Seems to be operator error, not product deficiency.

This stuff is sticky after it dries and pulls off if your hand brushes anything. It does not go on clean and smooth. It's inconsistent in the application because the brush isn't made well. I do my own nails and need tricks to improve. This was not it.

If you're still learning how to do your nails with your non-dominant hand or if you're into elaborate nail art that requires dipping - this is a great product for you to minimize mess. The fact that it's a two pack makes them very affordable and great for the price. The latex dries very fast which is great and it's fairly easy to remove!

I purchased this as an aid to destroying my cuticles. It works great and allows for me to retain my finger dexterity while at my desk using a computer. Dries fast, too. It functions as a great temporary barrier to remind myself to leave my fingers alone. If I leave my desk to go do other things like washing dishes, cooking, etc (I'm a med student) then it comes off rather easily so I make sure to just take it off before doing something else. When I return to my desk I reapply. My only gripe is that it smells when the bottle is open. You have to be rather intentional about smelling it so, not a problem really at all, but if smells bother you then try something else. Then again, if you're getting this to paint your nails and nail lacquer doesn't bother you then it shouldn't be an issue.

It was easy enough to use but where ever polish got on it I had a very hard time getting it off my. Just didn't work for me. I tried by putting it on prior to the base coat, that is what I thought was the problem. Put it on after the base coat, still didn't work. So I tried to take it off before the top coat. Had to just return it.
