I primarily need one of these for blending cat food that has shreds into a bisque-like mush. Yeah, my cats are spoiled. I gave up on trying to find a hand blender with a very small head that doesn't cost a fortune. I hoped this one would be smaller than average, and it is, but only by a smidgen. I love it being cordless AND has a safety feature....it turns off after about 2 seconds of not pushing the control button. It is super easy to remove the attachment and clean. Love the storage container that is also a measuring cup. It is a very powerful tool! I only use the lowest setting and it does the job quickly and perfectly. It comes with a charging cord. Quite a nice looking hand blender - it's built well and feels solid in the hand. The motor is very powerful and you can certainly feel the vortex suction as it pulls down toward the bottom of the container being used. I found (from previous tip with other hand blender) a great way to easily clean is to use a tall tumbler filled with soapy water and operate this in it to clean the blades and surrounding shield/guard. It's a great deal and I'd purchase it again.

This is my second time purchasing this immersion blender, and for good reason. My first one lasted an impressive eight years before finally giving out. It's straightforward to use with two speed settings, making it perfect for soups, sauces, and smoothies. The stainless steel blades handle soft ingredients well, and the slim design fits nicely into pots and mixing bowls.​Cleaning is a breeze—the detachable shaft is dishwasher-safe, and the handle wipes clean without fuss. While it might not be the most powerful blender out there, it suits my everyday needs perfectly. A No-frills, reliable hand blender, this one does the trick for me.

I purchased this unit as a replacement for a much more expensive model that is packed away and inaccessible since I moved several years ago. I never used the original unit much. I believe it is a Cuisinart. But I found I had a need for an immersion blender in my cooking now, so I looked for something that I thought would do the job and not break the bank. This was my choice. Boy am I pleased with this blender. I have started using imported Italian San Marzano Canned peeled tomatoes in lieu of buying jarred marrinara. The canned San Marzano Italian whole peeled tomatoes offer better flavor and it is cheaper than paying for expensive sauces that do not use quality tomatoes. I would rather buy good imported genuine Italian San Marzano tomatoes and make my own marinara sauces for far less money and not all of the additives. I can control what is in my sauce. Enter this little blender. I use it to puree the tomatoes right in the can. No need to pull out my blender or food processor. This stores easily in a drawer and takes up little room. It does a perfect job on the tomatoes. I have used it for creamed soups as well. Again a great job. I love that it has two speeds. At 300 watts it seems to have more than sufficient power. I only have to hand wash the blade and put it away. At the price this blender does everything the more expensive Cuisinart model did. But given that the Cuisinart is packed somewhere back about 12 boxes deep in my garage, I am ever grateful for this blender at such an amazing price. I have used it many times now and it always works great and cleans up in a breeze. My kitchen appliances are all red Kitchenaid so this matches them as well!

LOVE THIS BRAND OF BLENDER/MIXER! Purchased the large set with all and the motor stopped working. I just had to buy this piece and it works great! We use it daily and it lasted 2 years, so I think they are durable. The parts do not look worn either. I like that I did not have to buy the whole set, again!!

It works, but the guard over the blade is quite large. It will not fit inside a tumbler. The few times I have used it, I had to transfer the ingredients to a 1 quart bowl, which then pour the smoothly into a tumbler.Honestly, I don’t use it.
