The media could not be loaded. I purchased this for travel and emergency use. I expected mediocre. I was pleasantly surprised with this unit. It looks like a thick laptop. The materials are nice. Not luxurious but very nice. The buttons feel solid and not cheap. The remote is fantastic. The quality of picture is very good. Not incredible but very good. Picture and sound are fully customizable. The sound is a bit bland but hey, what do you expect from a portable unit? It’s not much worse than my 42” TV before I ran it through my Stereo system to be honest. It plays a wide range of DVDs and formats and I have confirmed that it will play any region DVD. Playback is smooth. I’m in a remote area blocked by a ridge so over the air TV can be challenging to say the least. I tried the antenna that came with it and it picked up four channels and then I bought a pair of Phillips rabbit ears off Amazon and it got eight channels. I’m sure with an outdoor antenna. I could do much better but it’s raining today so I’m not going to test that. I’m very happy with what I got. There’s no pixelating and picture quality is once again very good. This I it has an HDMI port and AV in/out to hook up other audio/video equipment or to send out the signal to a stereo/tv. Really nice features to have. Overall, this was a solid by. I’ve been running it off batteries for a couple hours with no issue. It takes about seven or eight hours to charge it. I definitely recommend this unit but if you do plan to use it as a TV, I would most definitely get a better antenna to supplement the one it comes with.

I got this because the buttons are wearing out on my bedroom dvd. This player arrived I’m perfect condition. All the part present. It’s sleek, and has a Matt finish with hides all the fingerprints. Easy to start using right out of the box. It scanned and picked up lots of channels. It has a remote too. The picture is very bright and clear. I’ve had dvd players before, screens weren’t very bright. This one is like watching my other tv. I just received it so I can’t speak about the longevity of it but today, I’m very happy with my purchase. I’ll be glad to come back and update. I also can’t speak about the internal battery. I’ll add that to my later update.UPDATE 2/10/24; this player is working perfectly. I have it hooked up to my roof antenna. I pick up all the local free tv channels. The dvd works perfectly also. I’ve had no issues whatsoever. I play it every evening. Very happy with this dvd/tv player.

The antenna that came with it is sort of worthless, but the DVD player works fine, and it works great with a Fire Stick. Audio is remarkably good. Can't seem to figure out how to tone down the picture brightness, though there probably is a way. Anyway, it'll be fine out on the patio, or down by the pool.Overall, it's pretty intuitive to set up w/o referring to the user manual. Sound is good for a small unit. If your remote(s) don't come with volume up/down buttons, the ones on the box itself work fine. The first time I ran the antenna that came with it through its paces, it picked up only 6 channels. Second try found 18, but none of them tuned in w/o serious pixelation. Anyway, with the Fire Stick, it works fine.

Wow.,Hooked up my Amazon Fire Stick and I can watch anything with my special app.

I purchased this little tv/dvd player for my motor home..... I was pleasantly surprised that the tv picked up local stations great.. even with the small tv antenna... This part was great.... I had trouble with the remote.. sometimes it worked and changed channels and changed volume.. sometimes it just didn't!!!!! The worst part was the DVD did not work... I put in several DVD's and got a message that said "no disk".. I know the DVD's were good.. I've watched them at home... but this machine would not play them... I sent it back for credit.

Love this little TV. I use it in my RV and bought a fire stick. The remote it came with does not work but you can access anything you need with the buttons on the actual tv. The antenna that it came with is basically useless so if you plan on using it for cable, plan on buying a better one. I tried it in multiple different places and could never find any channels.I like that it can swivel. The battery life is probably about 2 hours, that is one thing I wish was better but you can at least get one movie out of it. Sound quality is good, picture quality is surprisingly good. I have not tried the DVD player in it yet.I also like that similar to a regular tv you can adjust the brightness, contrast etc. for when you're watching in a dark room. Definitely good value.
