Good product check out youtube video from "william Davis MD on hyaluronic acid" I never knew this was considered "in part" a fiber ..?? Really?? ...it is so amazing and a no Brainer to help keep collagen formation everywhere in the body replenishing itself. Without this continual replacement skin weakens , joints have issues and much more. So simple a supplement to replace what our ancient diets gave us from eating organ meats. If you want to keep building collagen I suggest trying this product , and plan on at least a year to really see what can happen if your skin changes and I suspect it will. Be mindful of things that can affect the skin health like liver issues, blood sugar issues , hormone and gut biome problems. So some may have to use multiple prong approaches to build skin/ collagen health back, hyaluronic acid to me is a great smart supplement to keep using daily.

Especially when you get into the 3-5 pills taken all at once.This is one way to test if it's actually real ...It binds with water.Recommendations are 1 a day (200mg)As far as joint pain or anti aging, I have no idea if it's working, the effects (if they are there) are too mild to notice or to insignificant to make a difference.
