Bought this as was looking for a firm mattress but didn't really want memory form as they get quite hot ... However I can not praise this mattress enough. Very comfy and ideal if you suffer with back issues , very very firm .. stays cool and breathable. And was delivered on time . Could not praise enough.. intending to replace other mattresses in the house with these .

had a lot of mattresses but none were good for my weight ( 19 st ) this does the trick would highly recomend for spinal stenosis and Osteoarthritis sufferers

Like others I was sceptical about the original price and the reduced amount, but as the reviews seemed very favourable, I decided to take a punt, the mattress we had bought previously was supposed to be of good quality but after a year it was clearly not the product it was made out to be, so as you can imagine I was a little unsure , my wife has had a bad back from the previous and had to spend a lot of the evening reading to get off to sleep then woke in the morning in pain, well the mattress arrived quicker than estimated delivery date, cardboard box had seen better days but the mattress was airvac packed with really strong polythene , when I went to pick up the box I was amazed at the weight so before struggling up the stairs I took it out of the box then used the stairs to slide the package still in the polythene. I removed the old mattress and read the instructions before opening the wrapping, I knew what to expect when I opened as the previous mattress was memory foam. It opened like an inflatable life raft and soon took its shape, the instructions advised to leave the mattress for a couple of hours to allow to reshape, this was good info , I think it said twelve hours should see it fully resized, the mattress is a Kingsize and fitted the bed perfectly, the height is as described a full 300mm depth, if you like me were not sure which side is which Summer/ Winter then just remember the winter side is the squares pattern whereas the summer side is a striped or lined effect. It is advised to rotate the mattress every thirty days. Then obviously turn over for Summer or winter to suit your situation but remember to rotate every thirty days. The first night we both laid the mattress you could feel its firmness but it was really comfortable, obviously worrying about the next morning and how my wife slept was playing on my mind , so with much trepidation I asked the question and was told an excellent nights sleep was had . So I have asked again after a week and my wife said that she goes to sleep in minutes now and is so comfortable doesn't want to get out in the mornings. My thought "Job Done". I too have found it to be a supportive and very comfortable mattress, the price is amazing too, very good to have a product that is made and delivered from Europe too rather than the Far East which helps the carbon footprint a little. If you don't like a firm mattress it will possibly not suit everyone , otherwise go get one.

When it 1st arrived I was sceptical. Within around 5 hours it went from 5cm to 25cm & solid. Extremely firm great for my spondylosis of the spine & neck. I've not slept as well as I have in years. Definitely recommend for back sufferer's. Although it's firm the covering is very soft & comfortable. I'm sleeping on the winter side ATM so can't comment on the summer side. It's also breathable doesn't make you feel too warm. Overall a great mattress

So firstly I would like to say that it was well packaged and at first it was like sleeping on a roll of fresh cloud... For the first month.We flipped and rotated as it says to do and again, fresh cloud for about three/four weeks and then we noticed there was a slight dip on either side of the mattress.So again, we flipped and rotated. Three weeks later, not as comfy, lets flip and rotate... and found it was no longer like fresh cloud but more like sleeping on the bed frame with a thin layer betwixt us.So we rotated again and it was possibly worse! The middle of the mattress seemed to be bubbling up while the sides where we lay were compressed and squished! We're not the lightest people, I'm sure, but this was extreme!We tried EVERYTHING, alternating one of us to sleep in the middle but its nigh on impossible considering you just roll straight off it!So for months now we've been actively suffering from sleeping on the bedframe through the compressed mattress. We eventually decided to forgo the bed frame itself to try our luck on the mattress on the floor and whilst it provides a flat surface instead off uncomfortable slats, this mattress is just terrible, its so thin now with this huge bubble in the middle that everything rolls off of. I feel like I'm camping or rough sleeping its that bad!!!So unless you weigh roughly the same as Tinkerbell, I'd spend your money elsewhere and save your back and joints the trouble.I really wanted this mattress to be as good as its advertised and be like fresh cloud forever. But alas, rough ground it is!

So far so good. Had the mattress 3️⃣ days now and still waiting for it to expand to its full size in places. Either end is still quite flat. Like a wedge!!!!!Update...... Had this mattress 6️⃣ weeks now. My bed clothes have been changed several times and in the process the mattress has been turned, but the mattress has still not expanded to its full size, the size of the cloth cover it’s in. The top and bottom edges are still tapered. So when my head is resting on my pillows my head is tilting back towards the head board of the bed. Turned the mattress, but it’s the same both ends. So my mattress shape is like this <=> rather than like this []I don’t know what can be done to rectify this problem. Tried everything. Can anyone help???Update. 01.12.19. my mattress has still not expanded. I’ve been in touch with the company direct to find out why. Sent them photographs and measurements.Unable to return as it has passed the return date and disposed of all packaging. Would be impossible to vacuum pack myself.The company issued me a full refund. Which I am thankful. However. I still need a mattress so I shall carry on with my search.
