Arrived in good condition
This was expensive so I was expecting/requiring perfection. (I ordered monkfish, which is not local to where I live, in Idaho) It came quickly, was well packaged, and still frozen. It was handled properly, as it tastes fresh after thawing. They did a good job of shipping and handling, I'd say.
