It has been a long long while since I had a dead car battery. Well, this is until a few weeks ago when it happened again, and I faced an unplanned expense of around £100. Yep, this is how much car batteries cost these days!! Even more annoying is the inconvenience of trying to find someone you could jump start the car from. I though to myself that next time I will be prepared. I researched a bit and purchased this batter. In full honesty, I did not think a portable battery can actually jump start the car. But the reviews were good, so I decided to give it a try,I will not be focusing on the appearance, build quality or other functions of this battery. All this is good and I have no complains.After purchasing the battery, it wasn't even two days when my neighbor knocked at my door to ask for a jump start using the cables. "Well, I have something better mate" I said excited :) Connected the battery to the dead car battery and then I thought I need to wait, as is the case when jump starting from one car to another. But the manual says to connect and then start the car immediately. Well, we did. How surprised I was when the car simply started on the first attempt! How convenient is this??!!I am a believer now :)Highly recommended. I keep mine topped up all the time.
