Very Effective anti-allergy itching
Very effective on my 7 yr old Doberman. She was born with allergies to grass among other unknowns and has scratched all over, lost hair periodically for most of her life till now. I spray lightly almost all over her, rub it into the hair in the morning and again in the early evening. The reduced itching episodes are remarkable. She actually goes several hours between itchies. She naps without waking suddenly to scratch.I have already ordered a second bottle so we don't run out and I can only hope it continues to give her relief long term. I did try a diluted Neem oil which helped but not as effective as this formulation.

FANTASTIC PRODUCT
My female Cane Corso (Italian Mastiff) had a bacterial infection on her stomach, and yeasty paws. Antibiotics cleared her stomach up, but the wipes my vet gave me (malecetic wipes) literally ATE her pads on her feet. It got rid of the yeast, but dried her poor piggies up so bad they were starting to look raw. SO, I stopped using the wipes for about a week and ordered this product from the makers actual website upon the advice of fellow dog owners whose dogs had allergies (often associated with yeasty paws). I LOVE this product....I spray her stomach for maintenance against bacteria (she is a rescue, and was emaciated neglected and overbred when I got her...so her tummy is floppy with excess skin from the breeding and the middle seems to hold moisture...creating bacteria) and I spray her feet (pads and inbetween toes/pads). It literally healed the damage from the malecetic wipes in 3 days....I use it now intermittantly to keep the moisture under control from her licking. I have even used this on myself for scrapes. Absolutely 100% recommend this all natural product....there are no worries and its not going to harm your pet in any way like what my vet prescribed did.

Ouch try something else. creme maybe
I was very disappointed. I should have gotten the creme. This is very painful on sore spots. How do I know? I used it on me first. Ouch. I did not use it on my dog after that. Years ago I had this product and it was wonderful. I will not order this again. If it hurts me not good enough for my dog

works a little but not a miracle
I bought this hoping to finish clearing up some hot spots on my dog's back. I had already treated her with gentamicin/miconazole (antibiotic/antifungal) topical ointment with prednisone (steroid) so the spots were half healed. I wanted to stop using the medicines so I switched to this hoping to finish the job. It was okay. On the plus side, it seemed to deter her from licking and chewing on her spots because the smell is so strong (similar to very strong citronella). It seems to be very non toxic as I was able to use it a lot without any bad effects on my dog. It may have helped to keep things from getting worse. On the down side, the spots didn't get worse but they also didn't get better. They were pretty much halfway healed when we started trying this spray and they just stayed like that. We went for a few weeks spraying this on twice a day and not much improved. Finally we gave up and started putting Vetericyn disinfectant and 1% cortisone (steroid) cream on the spots to relieve the itching and this seemed to help. Then we started putting Aveeno baby lotion on them as the skin was very dry and they got better. Now we are putting some bitter apple spray on them to stop her from biting at them while the hair grows back. She seems to have developed a habit of biting these spots now so we need something really bad tasting to stop her. Overall, this product may help a bit and I do think there were some mild positive effects on her hot spots and it didn't hurt her in any way but it wasn't any kind of miracle on its own. For bad cases, it may be helpful in conjunction with more traditional medicines. I guess that the strong smell might deter pests so now I use the leftovers as an anti-flea and tick medicine. I spray it on her before we go into the woods. Of note, every time I spray it on my dog she sneezes for quite a few minutes because the odor tickles her nose.
