Better screws!
Works perfect! Some reviews Complain about the heat molding but it looks just like the old one and I gave it a pretty good tug and it's just as strong as the other one. Didn't budge. Screws with this one are way better though because they give you Phillips head instead of the stupid flat head on the old screws. Phillips head is easier because the screw driver doesn't slip. No more leak! Ready for summer!Note: I have noticed this valve is notorious for breaking in winter. To blow the water completely out of this I hooked up my air compressor with the blow nozzle and disconnected the hose in the bathroom that connects directly to this valve and blew air in through that hose into the valve at about 20psi while holding the foot pedal down and it blew out quite a bit of water. We have cold temps approaching again. Hopefully this will keep it from freezing and breaking again.

Great value - perfect replacement
Perfect replacement for Dometic 310 toilet. Fixed a leaking one, likely from freezing as described many times in these reviews. Even though I winterized trailer by blowing air through piping, apparently air didn't clear this valve, probably because I didn't know to depress toilet flush pedal while doing that to open the airway through the valve.A couple of tips: 1) take the toilet out of the trailer to service - as there are some very difficult screws and valve tabs to remove when you can't see them. 2) replace the water line fitting with a ball valve as shown in photo, giving you ability to shut off water at the toilet.

1 bad one might be defective, 2 in a row means these are junk.
After my original valve cracked from freezing, I purchased two of these valves so I could replace and have a back up. After working for about 1-2 months the valve more and more wouldn't shut off properly. Until one day I had to have my GF stand there flushing the toilet every 10 seconds so it wouldn't flood the bathroom, while I shut the water off. It's was quite a nuisance (no more running water until it's fixed), but figured it wasn't a big deal. Probably just got a bad one. So I replaced it with my backup and all was well for 1-2 months. Then it started not shutting off again. It had to be slammed shut to stop the water flow. If you gently let off the pedal, it would run forever. So I ordered a different brand and replaced it. We'll see how that one holds up. But absolutely do not buy these. Now that I've had to buy 3 valves I haven't saved anything with this cheap replacement. And changing this out, although not complicated, getting to it is a nightmare. I'm also concerned about damaging the threads on the water line coming in. Every time I change it, I have to tighten more and more to make it not leak. So if I have to do this again I might have to redo the fitting on the waterline. They aren't made to be taken on and off over and over. They should be once every decade or so.The $30 saved is not worth the pain of having to change this repeatedly. Nor the anxiety of worrying if the water actually shut off. I'm sick of staring at the toilet for 20 seconds after every time I flush to make sure. And it definitely isn't worth the $30 if you miss it and take off for the day and find your camper flooded with toilet water. BUY ANOTHER BRAND! THERE IS NO SAVINGS HERE! Look at the other reviews, I'm not the only one with this problem. Sure some people didn't, but is this a good spot to roll the dice, considering what will happen if you get a dud.

I have to purchase one every year
It’s not a terrible thing to replace, but so far this has been the 3rd one I’ve had to order for our camper. This year I finally added the ability to better winterize the lines so maybe this was the last one.It seems durable, but the seal keeps drying out each year. The fit is perfect for our toilet. It’s cheap for the price point works as well.

Perfect fit
Had tada leak in camp due to poor winterizing on my part. Everyone said the part was "crazy expensive" but I gelt it was reasonable I bought 2 just in case.

Lasts about 2 months
These valves are terrible! They only work for about 2 months before failing. I just replace the second of 2 of these I ordered in July they are supposed to be warranted for 90 days, and when the first one failed, I submitted a claim for a refund, but never got it. DON'T BUY!

Defective part and poor service.
Ordered and received very quickly. Installation is very easy and part worked flawlessly for a few days then began to fail as it worked fine one time and the other time it wouldn't. A day later no water at all coming out of valve. Messaged Amazon.ca looking for instructions on how to return but no reply from seller. Now window of return has expired. Very poor service and part is not very reliable. From what I have read this is a hit and miss purchase so I figure this one was a miss.

Good product but Purolator won't deliver to my address.
I had to drive an hour out of my way to pick up my item at a home hardware because the Purolator driver said it's out of their area, which they have previously delivered.
