The item has outside Black Velcro Strips! Missrepresented!!

Item wasn't as described and returned it. I ordered the Camel M Pull and when I got it , it had Black Velcro strips on the ends of the outside ends of the insert. Funny, but the pictures in the description show none of this on the bag insert. I hate being duped by false advertising.
