Just for background, I do crossfit 4 times a week. I've been doing it for about 6 years. I'm not super fit, but not out of shape either. I eat relatively healthy with little to no junk food. I maintain at 175 lbs at 15% bodyfat. I added this to my routine for two months per the instructions and changed NOTHING in my routines/diet. I am now at 183 lbs and 17.2% bodyfat. I'm not sure if this caused that, but it clearly did not work.Find a better product.

It doesn’t stay cold long and it’s not adjustable to different sizes. Way too lose to be effective for me but could fit better on other size people.

I received the cool2shape vest and it’s working as expected. I can’t make myself do the cold showers so this vest works for me after a shower and I can wear it while I clean house or do chores. I freeze the ice packs overnight although it says they only need 45 minutes on the directions.NOTE: freeze them laying flat because the Velcro needs to be straight to attach to vest.I wear over a tshirt so not skin contact and it’s very cooling, not freezing. If I sit and relax I seem to get more noticeable cooling benefits. I live in extreme heat so this vest is refreshing in my opinion.Vest is well made. Velcro holds tight. Adjustable. Ice packs stay in place with Velcro. I want to get the stomach belt they have as well (not included).

)I'm not too sure about this item... It comes with a very basic vest, which says it is one size fits all, however if you are a taller person, it is going to be extremely short on you. The ice packs are basically that. 2 sheets of blue gel ice packs, which are separated into squares, 16 squares per sheet, 2 sheets included. One for the front of the vest and one for the back. No spares included. The only thing that holds the cooling packs into the vest are the small squares of velcro. There is no inner pocket inside the vest, the cooling packs are only secured by the small pieces of velcro, which in time will probably need to be replaced. I believe that there should be slits inside of the vest which would hold the cooling packs in place and closer to your body. At this current price point ($99) it seems a bit too high for this item. I definitely would not recommend.

I ordered this cooling vest because I have long been interested in cold thermogenesis. So far, I have tried (and love) cool showers, and freezing sculpting belts (which I don't love as much, but they help). When this popped up in my recommended items selection, I was very curious and decided to try it.The good part of it - this is cold, but not freezing. Just as described, it stays at about 15C, which is enough temperature difference with body temperature to elicit an effect, but safely away from the freezing zone. I would describe the feeling as "comfortable" rather than "numbing". After taking it out from the freezer, the vest stays cool for me for about an hour, and it cools again pretty fast. I like the effect, and I feel that this is comfortable enough to wear while working on my computer, or doing housework for multiple sessions a day. It is also a nice touch that you can cool them in the fridge as well, not just in the freezer. Or even in your balcony if the temperature is below 10C (50F).What has me nervous though is the construction of it. As seen in the second picture in the product description, the basis of the product is essentially a divided flexible "ice" pack. This ice pack has four plastic parts with velcro on it, which are used to attach it to the inside of the vest. What I am concerned about is the stress on the plastic of the bag every time you try to separate the plastic ice pack from the vest. I am also surprised that the designers chose to make this velcro plastic piece a rectangle (which has angles...) and not a circle, which would at least distribute pressure more evenly.Overall, it's a great idea, and I like how it works. However, I do have concerns about its longevity. I would have loved to see a clearly stated warranty, or an option to buy replacement packs only.

I like the concept of the vest but I have concerns. I'm not new to freezer products for brown fat and I totally believe in the science. I've gotten great results from my waist freezing system made by another company. My first issue with the vest is the design of the ice packs. The tiny squares all melt at different rates, they don't stay cold very long and I'm not sure how effective they truly are. The vest should have shoulder adjustments for women so we can pull the vest off of our boobs; I'd like to keep the fat there. The vest seems a bit short so only expect to freeze right there at your bellybutton. Thankfully I have a waist freezing product that can target the areas that this vest missed. When I took off the vest my skin was a little cold but nothing like other products with a similar concept. I'm used to a lot more colder results from my freezer belt so I can then use my massager to break up the fat. As costly as this vest is, it missed the mark imo. My other system came with a massager tool to help massage the area and it explains why it needs to be done. It came with a measuring tape and a small notepad to keep up with our progress. Like I mentioned, cool concept but I think they need to go back and make some changes

I think this is better suited for male bodies or average females. I am extra chested and had trouble getting it on. It is slim enough to fit the entire thing in a freezer or fridge. I use it for a way to help with my hot flashes since it doesn't fit me as well. My son has been using it. He's 14 and noticed his muscles coming in.
