Thermostat of the OTG was defective while it was brand new
I am quite surprised to note that we bought this OTG with high hope and branded productHowever, our expectations were short lived1. The thermostat was not working right from the beginning2. The initial service support was by an incompetent service engineer as we insisted on this defect3. I wonder how this product reached customer without passing the quality test of satisfactory performance4. Eventually, a Senior service engineer agreed to the defect and also consulted his office to confirm the defect.Now it’s on record that they will replace the defective thermostat5. It’s in process but I am not sure of the time it will take to replace and it it will still work after replacementThis is my real life experience and a recent one.
