These kits are a lot of fun to build. They are the same quality as Legos. If you have children, it's a fun activity to do with them, and when you're done, they have a nice display or play item.

Exactly what was advertised

Let me start by saying I LOVE Cobi sets! They are the single best looking models out there when it comes to non-Lego builds and no other brand can hold a candle to their line of planes, tanks, and other vehicles.After building 4-5 of the planes I got into the swing of the instructions. The building methods are very different from Lego and they have dozens of additional pieces that are honestly really cool.That being said, the instruction for the P52 are HORRIBLE!! They are had to decipher which pieces go where, especially in the beginning when building the wings. I absolutely despise the construction method of placing plates side by side then putting a connection piece on top of them, and this is in quite a few steps. Or one is expected to place pieces side by side in one step then connect them in the next.They REALLY need to steer away from this. I have been building for a very long time and I am often challenged by Cobi instructions, and most of the time it is a good challenge. This was not.You really need to focus on the pieces, many of them have very subtle differences or sizes. I honestly wouldn't suggest their sets for anyone under 12, and even then I hope the kid is sharp!
