move with grace and ease
Bought this folding electric wheel chair, it arrived in less than 4 days excellent customer service, I charged and gave it a try out as I'm a novice. It was easy to use and comfy. will take a while for me to get used to it but for my first time it was a really good experience gentle touch control and off we go reverse 360 turn backwards and forwards no problem. This is a good chair at a very good price. I would highly recommend this item. I had a small issue and contacted seller who contacted me within 30min of receiving E-mail very quick customer service and solved issue right away. thanks for all your help.

Remote is normally already linked to chair from factory so try first before pairing
Chair is great value for money, I found it easy to set up myself, chair is very good quality so far and very quiet compared to some. Battery is easy to remove and charge in the home of you want to leave the chair in the car. Chair is on the heavy side of some but is easy for two to lift into the car with ease, one person can do it if good at lifting. Chair is very comfortable with supplied cushion it has improved my life 10 fold in the 4 days I've been using it, I would definitely recommend. Service from seller was excellent they even called after I ordered it to confirm I knew the weight and to send me operating video.

Do not recommend
Only used this once as my partner finds it heavy to manage. The folding motor doesn't work now, so it is stuck closed. My brother looked at it, said the battery holder is badly damaged. The battery can't be removed whilst folded as the motor is in the way. They said the control can go either side, it can't. Very Vera disappointed with this.

Very good value compared to what's available.
Great communication from the beginning. Quick delivery. 30kgs is quite heavy for one person to manage. Advert says can handle upto 130kgs, instructions say 120 but in my opinion this chair is rugged and is almost identical to other chairs that state 130kgs. It is self folding and has a wireless remote control for all functions. Two heavy duty batteries, which work independently or together, are necessary as in order to charge off the chair,in my case where I keep the chair folded in my Peugeot 3008 bootspace, it is necessary to keep one battery connected for folding purposes while other is being charged. It seems to do the job well but I find the space for my legs are restricted by the heavy duty frame, not a huge problem. Definitely makes a good difference to my mobility issues. Glad I chose it.

Battery Doesn't Last / Doesn't Turn Well
Not worth the value in money.I'll be short but concise. The description states "25 KM travelling distance" which equates to 15 miles. My wife went 3 miles on one charge and it was 1 light off red (5 lights in total, 4 green, 1 red). This feels as though it wasn't field tested in a normal outside environment and the battery does not last like they state at all. When the battery starts to die, the wheelchair, no matter which gear, will start to get really slow. Unsure if this is to do with the battery or if it's a function of the wheelchair, but when going up a hill, the wheelchair periodically starts to slow itself down, speed up, slow down, speed up consistently. When attempting to turn, it really struggles and my wife almost ended up in the road and almost had an accident today. When the road or pavement you're on is slightly slanted, the chair struggles severely to turn. When you're stationary and try to turn, there's no / barely any movement at all. When the chair does decide to start moving left or right properly, the footrest sometimes gets in the way and the wheels hit it."LIGHT ALUMINIUM GOLD FRAME" / "26kg" - Definitely not considered light as regulations for working men in a warehouse is 25kg maximum. There's washing machines / dryers that are lighter and as most have put, it's a 2 person job to lift. Thankfully, I'm capable of moving this for my wife on my own, but not with ease. When going up ramps, unless you're going straight up against the slope, you'll start to slide and it won't work efficiently at a slant. The remote control is nice to have, however, it's not very well translated and doesn't make too much sense in the instruction manual. There's buttons on there that just don't really make any sense.Even though the wheelchair itself when moving isn't that loud and the motor is quiet, the wheelchair noise itself when changing gears or reversing is very loud when it comes to the beeps. On some positive notes however: This wheelchair can go on multiple terrains, being normal pavement, grass, gravel, fine gravel and potentially more.It goes up nicely on curbs where other wheelchairs tend to get their wheels stuck. The suspension at the front also helps nicely with this feature. The suspension also helped with a smoother ride as a whole. When going up or down a hill, the wheelchair knows to break when it stops moving at all. It's not a soft break where it takes a moment, it's a good hard break, keeping you in place, regardless of where you are.Even though it's still a little bulky, the folding function is a great feature and can be stored upright without taking a lot of room like a normal chair / wheelchair would. The automatic portion makes life a lot easier too.The speed of the wheelchair is quite nice. You can keep up with people at fast pace or you can slow down for those who like to stroll. The width of the seat is a comfortable size. Weight: 17st 7lbs, so coming towards to maximum limit which is quite nice to know for most, meaning it should be quite comfortable for everyone, including at max recommended weight.

Dramatically better than I expected
I bought this wheelchair for my wife who has advanced Alzheimer's in order that we could continue with our daily 4km+ walks not expecting that it would manage the 20 degree hills where we live. I had spent a long time looking for the right wheelchair, power, distance, collapsible and most importantly able to go up and down steep paved hills - this one had a 20 degree rating. However I didn't believe it as none of the other electric wheelchair suppliers would make such a commitment. However after using it for over a month it has been much better than expected, and such a reasonable price for such a capable electric wheelchair. The 30kg weight is not too heavy and I find it ok to put it in the boot of our car.Downsides:Due to steep hills the distance the wheelchair can travel is closer to 14km.As my wife has Alzheimer's/dementia I have to control the chair which means I need to walk alongside it in order to to use the controller on the arm rest. The remote controller is just not accurate enough, as it is of much lower quality than the arm based controller. In summary, a great product which meets our needs, we are even considering using it for a half-marathon walk but will need 2 extra batteries!
