I had almost given up on this lighter because after the first refuel, it stopped working, as you see with a lot of these reviews. I followed the troubleshooting instructions the company provided with the product to no avail.After 4 months, I have finally discovered that it's not lighting because the butane was too cool! Since this lighter is metal, it retains coolness a lot more than usual. I simply put the lighter beneath my legs to give it some body heat, and now it finally works! I'm so excited.It's so dainty & cute, and the pink flame is really just the perfect extra touch that makes this torch worth it.It has a powerful flame, and it is so convenient that you're able to adjust this as well.It lights quite easily with just a click. My thumb doesn't hurt after lighting it like with other lighters where you have to roll it or it's difficult to press down.I didn't know it would also be sparkly, so that makes it extra cute!Very good quality lighter, just keep it warm!! I think it's a great product for the price.

Cute on the outside but it won't turn on. I was not able to fill it. Tried numerous times. Going to return it, I'm so sad

Took forever to get it to work and the pink flame doesn’t last that long

The media could not be loaded. I was really worried about ordering this, but I took a chance, and ordered it, and luckily it worked, and the pink flame is so pretty! ! I’m not sure how long this will last, but I’m really happy to have pink flames. The quality isn’t perfect, but it’s definitely fun to try! It takes a few minutes after adding butane, before the lighter worked at all, but then it works fine. I just got mine today, so we’ll see how long it lasts. There is no fill window, so you just gotta guess. And make sure you release any air before filling. Sometimes there’s air, and sometimes there’s not, but always check before filling. I really like it! I did order a pack of silver ones, just in case it doesn’t last as long as I wanted. So order a backup , and you won’t have to worry.

I absolutely burned the striker out on it

The media could not be loaded. The flame isn't pink and the flame isn't even high and I did adjust it but if I go higher it just doesn't work. If I lower it back to how it came it just lights how u see it. Kind of pointless an s waste of money. Just get a regular Bic lighter. I was highly disappointed 😞 😔

The media could not be loaded. The pink flame is incredibly vibrant. Although it arrives empty(as a precautionary measure im sure) it's super easy to fill with any long nozzle Butane that u can find at any Walmart, Target, or your local convenience or liquor store. I utilized NEON lighter butane for mine. If you don't fill it up adequately or if it runs low on fluid, the flame won't turn pink. i think this is a pretty cool feature because it indicates that it's time to refill.

It worked great at first then it just quit. I tried adding more butane but it didn't do any good. Very disappointed.
