The product is good and feels almost nice to apply and wash your face. only dislike (might be personal) is the waxy feel over the face upon application of this product. otherwise love this face wash.

PROBLEM WITH HAND SOAP PUMP
The soap is good but I had to take pump off to pour liquid out because pump wouldn't turn at all. I would purchase again if it wasn't for that problem.

Not the same ingredients as Cetaphil
I was excited to find a cheaper version of a gentle cleanser than Cetaphil but this is not the same. I use this as a hand soap since I have eczema prone hands but there are different ingredients that irritated my skin. If you have eczema I would not recommend this product. Spend a little bit more and get the Cetaphil or look for when it's on sale at Costco.
