Customer support girl is really nice, we have been in touch since last year. Anytime you can contact her via Watsapp chat. All queries are answered appropriately.One year warranty is a great added factor which you will not see with any other brand.Bought this newly launched model by turet without GPS. This is only for the calling purpose.The make is really nice and strong. My son really loves it.Almost all his friends have these kids smartwatches. Infact our whole society is using different models from the same brand. Their satisfaction rate is 100%. Haven't heard a single complaint from anyone.I can proudly say that I introduced these watches in my circle and everyone is loving it now.

I am one of their first coustomer. I bought the first smart watch 3 years back , In these years whatever the issues I faced, Iwas given the solution on priority. you can ping them anytime.I have seen this brand grow. Now I can see a lot of kids wearing the same watch in my society.kids are calling each other via these watches , they don't have to borrow their parents phone anymore.I would recommend all the parents to go ahead with the turet brand. You can put your money and trust in them.
