I purchased this unit already owning a S4 Max and understanding that this particular one was “refurbished”. I did not need the mopping function so this was perfect. It’s been a few weeks and I couldn’t be happier. The unit will complete my whole house with about 45% of the battery remaining as you can customize each room when it comes to suction power. We only have one room that is carpeted so that helps. If you leave it in “balanced” mode it is fairly quiet but will increase suction automatically when it encounters carpet, even little throw rugs.I run a full cleaning in the morning and a second on in the evening in a hallway and room where the cats litter box is to clean up any litter. I love the self emptying function and am surprised how clean the filter stays. The self emptying function is loud so consider that when deciding where you are going to place the base unit.One thing to stress, you cannot have special characters in your wireless name or even possibly the password. I initially had an issue where the unit would lose connection to our wireless network so I just renamed our guest network “Roborock” and used a simple password, that resolved the issue.I moved the S4 Max out into the garage where it cleans under the cars. I converted from Roomba to Roborock years ago due to the Roborock mapping and am beyond happy with it. Highly recommend this product!I forgot to add, it was having an issue with the side brush getting tangled in our long pile bedroom carpeting so I switched to a bristle style. That solved the issue.

It showed up without the screws to attach the two peices of the base. They argued with me, then made me take pictures and send them "proof" I didn't get them. As if I'm trying to cheat them out of 2 dollars of very specific screws. Other than that it works amazingly. Leaves wonderful lines in the rugs and pathfinding is really amazing. It does about 1100² feet and has about 25% battery left. It sucks up wood pellets from the kitty box and wood chips from the wood stove area. I've even found a dryer sheet in it.

Disconnected from wifi due to software update and now unable to connect. Do not recommend and won’t buy another from them either.

The app is great and easy to use, setup was straight forward, and cleaning it is easy.Polished, sleek, and it just works.The pathfinding can be a little silly though. One hallway in my house, it insists on going back and forth, turning a dozen times.

It's a vacuum cleaner! That's how I used it. Very thorough cleanup. And there's a video about it on YouTube.

We have owned this 9/1 this works really good, if you have pets and hardwood floors with some carpet you will find this picks up a lot of dirt and hair.The bag will fill up and when it is full it will have a ton of compacted hair and dirt. If you want to vacuum it out you can you will not believe how much that bag holds. It is easier to just toss the bag and put a new one in but I choose to clean it out with my vacuum cleaner. Takes about 10 to 15 minutes get it all stuff out of the bag.

I didn't know this model won't map unless your wifi frequency is 2.4 Ghz, mine is 5 Ghz. I'm happy with the vacuuming job it does but it never gets all the way through my large open living room, dining room, kitchen area. It runs out of power and goes back to its dock. I think I can solve that with something like a baby gate and can probably do mapping after all if I figure out how to use my 5G WiFi as dual band. If you buy this one (which I highly recommend) just keep that in mind if you have a 5G WiFi you want to be sure you can map if that’s important to you.
