Bose SoundLink Revolve (Series II) Portable Bluetooth Speaker - Wireless water-resistant speaker with 360° sound, Silver

This is AMAZING. Easy to connect to, long lasting charg and what a sound, this little speaker if fantastic. The sound quality is brilliant, and it's so loud too. So good I bought a second one and linked them together for a brilliant stereo sound.

I um’d and ah’d about paying so much for a small speaker but wow! This sounds absolutely perfect. My wife was looking for something to stream to and now she can’t live without it. It can fill a room without distortion, you can hear the bass notes and high strings perfectly. Don’t waste time and money on cheaper, lower standard speakers. If you can afford this, give it a whirl (and your ears a treat.) Very impressive.

Great sound quality from a very compact portable speaker. Never disappointed with anything from Bose. Top quality product which produces deep, rich sound.

When ordering the speaker I didn’t realise that it was 2nd hand. It wasn’t named in the description, I probably wouldn’t have bought it. It was only when I got a message from the supplier to say it was and if I was still happy to purchase I thought I’ll see if it’s ok.The Bose speaker came and it is perfect, only apart from it doesn’t have its original cable which I was disappointed with. The thing that made me disappointed was the box it came in. This purchase was £200 and was delivered in an old baby milk box. Could have been handled better.

When I eventually got this running the sound quality is fine. I can play it while I'm in the bath (bluetooth from laptop in nearby room) or beside my desktop. But it's blinking weird to control. I switch it on by pressing the on button and then various other buttons simultaneously and then separately and after 20 seconds or so it starts up. It has so far rejected -- that's the word it uses -- my phone's attempts to connect by wifi, hence laptop connection. The instruction book is the most minimal I have ever seen, and there is nothing on their website. The recommended app achieves nothing except to advertise to you. After you have bought it you realise you need the base wossname, another 20 quid. Although the unit is in silver, they don't do the bases in silver so I have to use a black one. You can plug your usb into either the unit or the base and it will charge, but if you are playing music on wifi and you plug it in to sustain the battery charge, it will disconnect. My wife is Scottish and she has pointed out that in Scotland, "bose" means "empty".Once you've got it running it works fine, good battery life and so on. But good grief, at least do a proper instruction booklet.
