Does this spearmint contain the stems with the leaves.

the package says leaf, it doesn't mention stems anywhere on the package. from the look of it, it looks pretty uniform. although it is cut somewhat small, not dusty or anything though. great quality. i use it for tea everyday. lasted me since last year i still got about half a container left. sorry can't give you a definite on the stems.

Has anyone with Pcos tried this or know of someone who has?

I don't have PCOS, but have always had high androgens. I started drinking 2 cups a day and my pimples disappeared for 6 months. However, I added black tea to it because I don't like the taste. My teeth turned brown and hygienist had a hard time getting stains off. I threw away my tea! So the acne came back along with hair loss within a couple of days. I am buying more now. It is naturally a light green tea so hope my teeth don't turn green. Better that than pimples and hair loss, though. The tea leaves are very lightweight so 1 lb is a lot.

Does the smell last? Wanting to make sachets for outdoors to keep bats away. They don't like smell

It lasts when sealed. I don't think it would last exposed to the air for any length of time. Try essential oils. Bats are great for reducing mosquitoes, though...
