Good product, fits the Sony MDR-100ABN
After a while the original headband got worn out, I choose this product and did not disappointed me. It's not as good as the original, but the difference is minimal. Will see if it lasts as long as the previous one.

0,5 cm too short for WH-H900N
Easy to install, but this is no where near the originals.The original headband have canals for the cables so that this can freely stay in place. While this product requires that you have to glue on the cable itself which makes me worry that I will rip it off and damaging the cable next time I have to replace the headbands again.+ Comfortable headbands- 0,5 cm short for WH-H900N- Glued on headphone cables, risk of damaging the cable on next replacement
