Works for me. I tend to do crosswords on my phone before going to sleep. These glasses have helped with the blue light issues that can affect sleep. I notice my sleep is not impacted when I use these. There is no effect from blue light —it’s the same when I don’t look at a screen before going to sleep. Also the clip ons work for me as I wear glasses. I just clip on when I want to use and remove when I’m done. The glasses are best for reading or doing puzzles. If you’re surf shopping, the lenses are orange so there is a color change. Would not recommend for shopping where you need to see true colors.

The design of the lens filter is very good. I bought a second pair after using for a week in the sunlight of late fall. Interesting that grass looks blue with this filter. My headaches went away after wearing for just a few days. I wish they made full over glasses frame so the light would be blocked from my peripheral side vision.

The glasses are comfortable to wear. I do find them a bit cumbersome to clip on but this is probably just me. I love the way they flip up so I don't have to put on/take off.

If you do the RGB test, they do work and appear to filter out maybe 90% of blue light. In comparison, Costco lens blue light coating filters out 10%. But they are too heavy. After 15 min, I had to take them off. The metal flipping mechanism is totally redundant and adds too much weight. How many times would I need to flip it during the 12 hours I am on the computer every day? Maybe 0 or 1.

They seem to work well, as when I remember to put them on for any screen time closer to bed I notice little difference from when I avoided screens entirely. The clip is easy and flips up if you have some thing you're looking at that you're just annoyed by the color adjustment.It would be nice if they came in a more exact fit to my frames or with the same function but not colored, but you can't have everything I suppose.

They work very well, to block blue light on computer, especially when reading at night. Not sure I would wear them in public, but that's not why I purchased them.
