Awesome bugs.
They all arrived well. I asked seller to not use USPS for shipping due to pass lost shipment issues,seller was very accommodating and I got early arrival time. Recommend to all!

They worked! INSIDE my house!
I'm probably nuts for doing this, but I actually let them go inside my house late winter/early spring. I have loads of tropical plants, LOADS if them! This year I had an issue with spidermites, and thrip aphids. I love bugs, but not my plant-eating bugs. I have dogs too and wanted to stay away from pesticides. Soap worked some, neem oil - meh, diatomaceous earth was ok, but didn't control much. I let go a bag of ladybugs and second bag a week later and they took care of ALL the spidermites and most of the thrip. My husband didn't even notice until just about when I moved them outside. He wasn't even mad :D ! All I did was open my doors and they left with my plants. THANK YOU! we will do it again next year if I need them.

All the ladybugs arrived alive!
UPS took these ladybugs on a long travel. I guess there was some glitch due to logistics?... Well they started their journey down the east coast from New Jersey to Florida. They were all ready to be delivered, then they went all the way back up the east coast to Massachusetts then all the way down the coast again and finally back to Florida in 90 degree temperatures over many, many days. Then USPS put them in the mailbox even though the sticker says not to. I wondered if any of them would survive. They did though and they were very active. I was so pleased! I guess they're pretty hardy little critters :)

They're alive!!
The media could not be loaded. I was really worried since the shipping ended up taking longer than I was told (5 additional days) and it's been quite hot the last few days, that they would all be dead. But they're alive!!! I will be releasing them at dusk and can't wait to see them annihilate the aphids on my strawberries.

It was a fail for me
I followed the instructions for release and care to a ‘T’. By the next morning, maybe 1/8 of the ladybugs had died. I continued to care for them, putting any stragglers on plants with obvious food sources and keeping water easily accessible. Each day more and more died. Not a week after release, they were all dead. I can’t say where the fault lies, but I also can’t imagine what more I could have done

Seeds organized? Check!
These envelopes are such a great help. I appreciate the notes section which allows me to capture from what farm the seeds came.

Would have given 5 stars
Arrived quickly.Pretty much all alive.Comes in a nice draw string bag so you should be able to release some and store some in the refrigerator for later release.BUTThe bag was secured with a hog ring!You can't remove a hog ring!What idiot decided a HOG RING was the best way to secure the bag?Stupid.Had to cut the bag open.Squished a few cutting it open.Secured it with a binder clip.SELLER a binder clip! Lots of better options for securing the bag, including the draw string that came with it.Stupid. Hog ring. Hog rings are designed to be cut off, not pried open. I use hog rings making sausage, not securing something delicate.

Good ladybugs++
buy ladybugs for my mother's garden several times a year. This is the first time I bought from your company. My mom said the ladybugs were so active and different from the others she had received. She loved them!
