They are as advertised
These are exceptional antacid tablets. If you think about it sugar irritates your stomach so why would you buy antacid tablets with sugaring them.

DEXTROSE FREE
I thought I got scammed. I found out regular antacids had sorbitol in them(which is sugar free sweetener). But then I realized the regular also had dextrose which is basically sugar. So these are dextrose free. 👍

Very 'dusty' but otherwise fine
These do the job, they are not too sweet, and the flavor doesn't repeat. But they are very dusty. When you tip the bottle to drop the tablets into your hand powder dust goes everywhere. I don't know if that is indicative of the quality of the product (not really coated at all) or if it is from being bounced around a warehouse and transit. I suspect it's for lack of coating, because Tums brand, to which this is supposed to be comparable, is a bit glossy (not dusty).
