Great product!!
Great product, much nicer than the dome shaped cord covers. This one is heavy enough it lays flat and has enough room to hold and hide cables while sitting flat

This is well made and worth the cost
I was able to make my garage shop safer with this. I cut mine into two pieces so I could run an extension cord along the front of the workbench and across the back of the garage making no cords on the floor space. The channel is large enough for heavier gauge cords. This item is very substantial, I put tape underneath at regular intervals to keep the cord inside the channel. Any wide tape would probably serve the purpose, it doesn't take much to hold the cord in.

Great product!!! Solved a problem I've had for years!
I had been looking for years for a solution to my problem. My ignorant builder (as many seem to be) put the electrical outlet on my porch so that if I wanted to plug in Christmas lights etc. the cord would have to cross the walkway where delivery people and visitors walk. I didn't want anyone to get hurt, so I have done without outdoor holiday lights for 20 years. I saw this and the great reviews. I was able to order a 25 foot outdoor cord with surge protector strip at the end. I plugged it in to the outlet than ran along the wall, across the front door and down the other side. When I put this protector over it, it made the cord lie neatly against the foot of the wall. No danger of tripping. The yellow stripe makes it very noticeable to anyone approaching the house. It was a win-win for me, because the trim on my house is black and I decorate the porch with yellow items so it was almost like it was custom made for my house. I am ordering another one of a shorter length to cover the cord as it makes a turn onto the porch. The only caveat is that I was not able to cut it into shorter lengths with scissors. However, a box cutter did cut it (though a little ragged). It was very difficult for me to cut, but then a strong young man might not have any trouble cutting it. I will probably cover the opening on the bottom with electrical tape, just to make sure the cord doesn't slip out at a later date. This is one of the best purchases I have made on Amazon.

It works great but not easy to shove the cable in
It gets the job done and protects the cable very easy for my EV but it's not the easiest to get the cable through it.

Not trippin’ on this purchase!
I tested this by walking as incoherently as possible with my eyes closed in sandals and not once did I trip over it. Protects the extension cord- check! Stays flat once settled- check! Nice sturdy material-check! Brown color blends in, but sticks out enough to notice- check! No tripping- check!

Awesome!
Sturdy! We have had one of these out to cover an extension cord that crosses our driveway and both the cord and the protector look like we just had them out there for a few minutes rather than the better part of a year. Awesome product!!

Perfect for my needs
I used this for my garage. No heavy chemical smells, heavy duty rubber and super easy to cut to any size you need. Would definitely recommend!

Good for holiday safety
Every house I ever have lived at always has the front porch outlet on the wrong side for Christmas lights or inflatable holiday things.I have to run an extension cord across the porch and I worry delivery men will trip or my elderly mom will trip. This kept the porch neat, made it obvious a hazard was there, and reduced the actual hazard. It is heavy enough to hold the cord still and not move around. The extension cord went in easily and came out easily too. It is heavy enough to keep itself and the cord where you leave it. I had it pushed full to the threshold on the ground across my 6 foot doorway. Not sure how well it would work out in the open or across a sidewalk.
