Item is good, support doesn’t exists
I am facing display issue from day 1 and currently being circling between amazon and seller. Amazon says support provided by seller and provided a number which goes to IVR. Amazon thoigh says 7 days replacement but they denied to replace and says seller will directly replace and there is no way to contact seller. Unprofessional support system.

Super streaming server
Bought this to run a streaming(jellyfin) server. Excellent for that purpose. Small, powerfull yet power efficient. Haven't tested it's gaming capabilities.

Good PC for general purpose and light gaming.
Overall it's a good PC for general purpose and light gaming. I got some technical issue and my Wi-Fi was not connecting to the 5 GHz range, however, I got help within 12 hours from the team and it's working fine now. My only disappointment is that despite me requesting the team to help me clear my doubts regarding the Bladabindi & Redline malware/spyware issue which this PC is having in international markets no one contacted me. I still haven't connected my Google & Microsoft accounts as I fear being hacked. I will rate 5 star if someone from the team helps me out after seeing this review.EDIT: So after waiting for weeks no one has called to reassure me about the virus issue. I ended taking an annual subscription for an antivirus to make sure(Basically has to pay extra as no one cared to respond). Also before buying the Mini PC I had confirmed from customer service over the phone about the SSD and RAM. They said Ram will be from Crucial which was correct but the SSD was supposed to be Samsung was incorrect as SSD turned out to be from ANT eSports. The SSD's from ANT eSports are known to fail in a short time.Kinda sad 🫤
