My wife fitted it after watching a few diy videos!
An urgent replacement for an old monobloc tap that had sprung a leak in the hot pipe and had to be turned off. It took hours to get the old tap off as it had been there over 20 years and was well and truly stuck in place. However, we managed, with the aid of a multi tool with metal saw attachment and 'some' swearing on my part!I think it took three hours removing the old tap and thirty minutes to fit this new one. In fact most of the fitting was done by my wife who could get under the sink without damaging the other pipes. I was more involved in destroying the old tap to remove it! Still, if a couple of pensioners can manage to fit it then younger/fitter people should find it pretty straightforward. The fitting comes with two identical hoses. We somehow mixed up the hot and cold ends and had to undo and reconnect them. So it would be a good idea to mark them, usually hot on the left and cold on the right. The hoses were longer than needed and had to bend quite a bit to connect. Shorter hoses are available and I've now bought some as a back up, just in case the ones provided do become kinked if something moves under the sink. But so far so good after a month working well! Our sink is a metal 'flimsy' one and the old tap had always felt like it might break off if I leaned on it too much. As advised by another reviewer I ordered one of thesehttps://www.amazon.co.uk/Universal-Kitchen-Support-Bracket-MGM/ for £4-99which fits under the sink between the metal and the tap fittings. Now it feels quite solid. This tap was a bargain and pretty simple to fit once the old tap was out. If it broke in a few years we would have no hesitation getting another or similar one.

Good quality tap, bit fiddly to install
Decent tap at a cheaper price than you would get from a kitchen shop, we'll see how long it lasts as a few reviews have mentioned leaks after a while. The base is solid and good quality, the spray pull-out is plastic but that makes it easy to move around. It looks and feels like a quality kitchen tap.The size matched our requirements - the hole left in our worktop was quite far away from the middle of the sink so we wanted one that extended further than most and hung lower (to avoid splashing above the sink).Go through the instructions thoroughly and picture how each bit will go either side of your worktop hole - you have to feed in the legs from underneath through the large threaded cylinder if the hole is a regularly sized one, then screw them into the tap above.

Excellent value and good fitting instructions.
This was our third tap, two others purchased in stores for twice the price and this is perfect. Good instructions, we were quite chuffed having fitted it ourselves without expensive plumbers.Well worth the money.

arrived on time.
The hardest part was getting the old tap and fittings out. Fitting thew new tap was fairly easy follow the sparse assembly instructions. It would be so much easier if your sink unit hasn't been fitted, I had to remove the drainage pipes so there was more room as my sink was already fitted. Once it was in I was so pleased with the tap itself, sturdy and good to look at, no leaks (as yet) and works well. Good buy.

Good idea poor quality
Good idea poor quality.Unfortunately you get what you pay for!Lasted exactly 4 months to the day before it sprung a leak, so it is back to crawling in under the sink to replace it.Maybe something without a swinging head.Like I said, a good idea ...Oh well, a husband's work is never done.

Easy to install and good flow.
Product was very easy to install once the old one was out. Water flows well on both modes and is very handy. And the mixer feels very quality.

Spout swivel pipe came loose
I bought a couple of these. One the spout swivel pipe became lose and leaking when in use. No big deal to tighten but it should of been done in factory. My only criticism is that this tap is not very tall, so if you want to put a bigish pot in the sink then you will need to swing the spout out if the way to get it into the sink. It's then very close when you go to use it. But for the price it's works, looks nice. You pays your money!
