Before, it took me an hour to hand syringe feed 7 pups. I can feed them now in about 15 minutes, and that's including stimulating them to go to the bathroom! So glad I bought this! It's easy to use and easy to clean.

The idea that this would replace a mother cat nursing is ludicrous! The nipples are so far from the “original” no kitten on the planet would be attracted to it and definitely would not be able to latch correctly or at all! The entire design is just horrible. There is no way to get even one kitten to begin to use this without spilling the contents completely! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!

I saw them in good condition but I didn't use them, they weren't the right size.

Best for small breed dogs or kittens

I was fostering a little dog that gave birth to 9 puppies. Obviously, she needed help feeding them all, so I bought this for supplemental feeding. Other reviewers offered helpful tips for getting puppies to use this nurser, but my litter just wasn't interested. I ended up syringe feeding them.

The media could not be loaded. We had a chihuahua-terrier mix rescue that had 4 puppies before going all Casey Anthony on them at one day old. Our only option was bottle feeding the surviving 3 pups. Tried bottles, syringes and droppers before this arrived. It works great but the pups have to be conditioned/ trained to accept it. Be patient. It took 45 minutes before we got one pup to latch on. Eventually they all figured it out but it's easier now feeding them one at a time. Video was taken when the pups were one week old. I gave it 4 stars because the very end of the nipple wasn't very smooth (I lightly hand sanded it) and the nipple itself seems to stick out farther than it needs to. This was the main issue with getting the pups to latch on. Overall, i think that without this feeder, the pups i have wouldn't have made it.

This was the best thing I have ever bought. It helped so so much with my newborn puppies after mom died a day after they were born.
