Uh.....I'm honestly speechless. My item didn't come in any kind of original box. Please see the attached image. I looked at what was supposed to be included and I didn't even get half the stuff. I didn't even get a manual. Picture shows a hose like thing and I didn't get that. I paid 36.99 for what I thought would be brand new. This definitely has been used. Not acceptable. I will definitely be returning this. The picture you see is literally what I got. All stuffed inside that box.Update: 2/17/18Customer Service reached out to me and offered a full refund, new product to be shipped to me, and allowed me to keep the current product. I previously gave a 1 star but have since updated to 5. That is good customer service and something similar is to be expected (I was not expecting that response from the seller).I didn't touch the product until the new one came in. I fully charged it and started using it. Let me tell ya, the suction of this vaccum is actually pretty good. Not extremely strong but does the job well. Doesn't pick up my Husky's fur in my car too well but it does everything great. I would recommend this product to anyone. Only downside is that this thing last about 20 to 30 minutes only and it takes a few hours to fully charge.

I am disappointed with the poor suction of this vacuum. It is better in picking up spilled sugar than it is in picking up ravelings and dust. When using it on light substances such as ravelings and dust, it takes forever for it to pick these up -- then they go directly to the cloth filter, plugging the filter, and then the vacuum loses suction. I also hate emptying it. It is cumbersome -- you need to remove all the insides to dump it and then take a brush to clean the cloth filter. Then it is a pain putting the thing back together.***********************************************************************************************************************************************************The above was my original review with a rating of one star. I gave the vacuum another chance. I discovered that in order for it to effectively work you must use the attachments. When I used the rubber nozzle for picking up dust and ravelings, I was able to vacuum them up much faster and it seemed to keep the suction a little longer. However, it is still correct that anything light such as ravelings and dust collect on the cloth filter, thus decreasing the suction. When emptying the vacuum, you have this gob of icky dust and stuff that you must pick off of the cloth filter (I use a old toothbrush). It still is cumbersome to empty the vacuum and put it back together -- it is hard to get the bottom to click in. I have changed my review rating from one star to three stars. I haven't used the hose yet so I don't know how effective it is. I do like the bag for storage.

The little vacuum worked great when it first arrived, but performance quickly decreased. The container has to be constantly cleaned. That is fine, it’s a small cordless vacuum. My biggest issue is that I have to wash the conatiner and filter at last once a week for this to suction at all. And even after being freshly washed, the vacuum doesn’t have a lot of suction power. It’s a shame because it is an attractive vacuum with good accessories, but it doesn’t work well after light everyday use.********UPDATED*************The five star review is for the company, NOT this specific product. This company has excellent customer service! I was immediately contacted and offered a solution. The company welcomes feedback and makes adjustments to their products based on the feedback. That is what great companies do and it's so refreshing to see! They said they are updating their filters, which seemed to be cause of the decrease in suction, so I would go check out their updated and new versions of this product. Overall, I am very satisfied with this company and would purchase form them again in the future as you truly feel like a valued costumer.

Item was not as described at all. The box was clearly not original and was just shipping box with manufacturer sticker on box (another reviewer mentioned this, I was hoping it was a 1 time thing with particular seller...I was wrong). Opened box to find that items were in plastic bags, but with holes in them. Also, 2 accessories were missing: "Accessory adapter" and "Corner Adapter". Without accessory adapter, cannot attach any of the ones that were included. To top it off, I tested it normal without adapters hoping that would be enough and the suction is TERRIBLE. I know a lot of people will say that the adapters make it work better, but I had a vacuum like this 10 years ago that without any adapter was at least 2-3 times stronger. I would stay far away from this itemUpdate: The seller reached out to explain that Amazon messed this up. This has actually happened before. Apparently they took a vacuum that was returned from another buyer and repackaged that for me. The have provided me with a new upgraded model free of charge. I am changing my review to full stars (mainly for the great support and not product)

I had great customer service, but this is a badly designed product. I was contacted daily until I agreed to delete my original 1 star rating in exchange for a replacement with a more expensive model, but it was still poorly designed. There's no indicator light to let me know when the battery needs charging. Although suction is initially great, dirt spits back out. I didn't appreciate the daily emails. I'm going to get a known brand instead.

I bought this vacuum based on the 5 star ratings it received. I am disappointed. Maybe those that gave this vacuum a 5 star rating received a better product than I did. The suction from this vacuum is poor. It will barely suck up short grass clippings. Forget about it pulling up anything like sand, small gravel. You can improve the suction by using the crevice tool, but only minimally. My wife has a Black & Decker cordless handheld that provides 10 times the suction that this does. She refuses to swap with me after checking this one out. Don't blame her. I would like to return this product and get a full refund.
