Peanuts, garlic and mild coconut flavour and taste adds more to the taste of channa. and spicy too. urad dal and sesame seeds are less in quantity i think and their taste is mild.

Taste is good. Moderate spiciness. Salt is bit at lower end. That is fine since salt can be mixed furhter as requried. My kid happily having it by mixing with ghee, along with idlis or rice
